His lecture highlights fresh osteoarticualr allografts for the treatment of osteochondral defects in the knee. The use of fresh osteoarticular allografts are a viable for treatment for osteochondral defects. Osteoarticualr allografts are still the gold standard treatment for osteochondral defects. Overall, there are still improvements that need to be made in terms of when and how osteoarticular allografts are used.
