Dr. LaPrade lectures on the current concepts of PCL injuries. Overall, the results of PCL treatments are inferior to ACL treatments. In some cases, physicians recommend to patients with very severe PCL tears to just live with it because they cannot make it any better, and probably 10 to 15 years ago that was the case. Dr. LaPrade’s team tried to look at ways to improve PCL reconstruction techniques.
